BeautyHow many times have we as a society heard these sayings? "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." "Beauty is only skin deep" or the three "B's", "Brains, breeding, beauty." All of the sayings and codes to live by are just as superficial as the things they warn against. Confessions of a Damaged SoulNovember 9th, 2004 It wasn't supposed to happen to me...I did nothing to deserve this curse. I'm still in shock...maybe I'll wake up tomorrow and it will all have been a dream...a terrible, terrible dream. It's 1:30 am now yet it seems so much later...I'm amazed I can still write...I need to sleep...I feel weak...so drained. I'm going to bed now. Goodnight journal.

Religion Rewind.

Why must the path of the righteous be so abhorrent in it’s ill-usage of their fellow man? All men are created equal as long as they all agree. Thou shall not kill; unless it is a means to an end to secure power for those in charge of spreading my message of peace.

For myself, religion has always been a fluid idea. Why must the things that move us be pinned down as black or white? Why not let the world be grey or better yet Technicolor! I personally couldn’t care less if people believed in a three legged frog named Jim as long those people didn’t force me to believe in Jim as well and as long as Jim wasn’t telling people to kill the infidels.

Follow those to primary requirements and as far as I’m concerned long live Jim. Power to the Jimists!
